My name is Anthony and I am a high school senior. I am 17 years old and was diagnosed with Leukemia in 2014.

I have been fighting cancer but what makes me strong is the support from my parents, my brother and the amazing care team at the Stony Brook Children‘s Hospital.

I like to take photos, I love music, and mathematics is my passion. I love to go to the beach and I enjoy playing soccer.

Life is a journey –just when I was ready to go back to school and look for a part time job, cancer struck me back but I am a fighter and I will beat this cancer again.

Cancer does not stop me.
